The attorneys at JSB Attorneys PLLC have extensive experience in the area of legislative, regulatory & government affairs.

We have lobbied for, or represented corporations, Chambers of Commerce, and other employer/business entities. We regularly represent clients’ interests in regulatory matters for the Department of Workers’ Claims (DWC).

We have extensive experience in the workers’ compensation legislative and related arenas. We have been appointed to and served on numerous committees and other business/employer groups over the course of the last 20 years, to help facilitate and pass employer-friendly legislation. We have been asked by state regulators and administrators to serve in various advisory capacities in the formation and drafting of legislation and administrative regulations.
